Primus deserves a post of their own. Their songs were part of the background music of various (chaotic) points in my life and now entirely encapsulates my sense of humor (I’m entertained by the absurd). This video reminds me people watching at Burning Man, deeper meanings (or not) included:
Here are some of my Burning Man pictures.

This was me:

I used to go to this weekend long party held on someone’s 300 acres of land almost at the border of NY and Pennsylvania in the middle of nowhere. We would ride 4 wheelers, get muddy, drink all day (and all night), and flirt with bodily injuries by doing stupid human tricks with heights and inertia. Nowadays, everyone’s old with kids, so no more wild parties.
One year I found out that the tent I was living in was next to a den of snakes. One year someone jumped off the roof wearing a Santa suit. One year someone successfully jumped their bike over the bonfire. One year there was a firecracker war. Every year, they would play Primus at top volume.
Here are a few pictures from 2013, the firecracker year. (I took these pictures).

Here’s the general gist of the whole weekend:

Primus reminds me of the absurdities, the randomness, and the chaos in life.
