How to people create their songs and albums? This one band, Periphery, has released “Making of” videos for at least their 4th and 5th albums and I loved their 4th video. The band members rent an apartment together and build a recording studio in it. It goes from writing from nothing to how they work together to put music together, including outside musicians they hire and what thinking goes on behind it all. The guys also play video games, eat take-out, make espresso, and sleep on couches and airbeds.
